This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale, high-impact global technology programs within a complex and regulated environment. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders, teams, and regions. Acting as a key leader, you will oversee execution across scope, time, cost, and quality while ensuring strong governance and compliance. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery leadership in fast-paced, international settings. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role where your leadership directly influences transformation, operational excellence, and business value delivery.
In this role, you will lead and oversee complex global programs, ensuring successful execution from planning through delivery while maintaining alignment with business and regulatory requirements. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and drive collaboration across distributed teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of multiple complex IT programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change throughout the project lifecycle
- Acting as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
- Leading governance, reporting, and escalation processes across global delivery teams
- Building, managing, and developing high-performing cross-functional teams across regions
- Defining and maintaining detailed project plans, budgets, and resource strategies
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and business requirements, including risk and audit standards
- Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and optimization of delivery processes
- Supporting business development activities such as proposals and client presentations
The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader with a strong background in managing complex, global IT initiatives. You should bring both strategic leadership and strong delivery execution capabilities.
- 9+ years of experience leading complex IT projects or programs in global environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor initiatives
- Strong background in enterprise systems, healthcare/clinical systems, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop distributed teams
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and clients
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and delivery best practices
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, complex environments
- Experience working in matrix and cross-functional organizations
