This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced DevOps professional to help build and scale highly reliable cloud infrastructure and platform services in a global, innovation-driven environment. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and strategic collaboration to improve scalability, security, automation, and operational excellence across complex distributed systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design resilient deployment architectures, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and strengthen observability and reliability practices. The position also offers the chance to mentor engineers and influence engineering standards at scale. Ideal candidates are passionate about cloud-native technologies, automation, and building high-performing infrastructure ecosystems. This remote role is well-suited for professionals who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced, and technically challenging environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure and production platforms.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, platform, and operations teams to build resilient systems and optimize deployment strategies.
  • Drive best practices across DevOps, SRE, security, observability, and cloud governance initiatives.
  • Monitor platform performance, reliability, and availability while contributing to incident response and root cause analysis activities.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical services and maintain system stability.
  • Mentor and support engineers across teams, encouraging technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and operational maturity.
  • Contribute to documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure and platform operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and orchestration at scale.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
  • Strong programming and scripting skills using at least one object-oriented language.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, with significant experience in AWS, GCP, OCI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and secure software delivery practices.
  • Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and alerting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Understanding of SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, availability management, and toil reduction.
  • Experience with Linux and/or Windows systems administration and distributed systems architecture.
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and infrastructure security best practices.
  • Experience managing Elasticsearch in production environments is highly preferred.
  • Additional experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL, and PostgreSQL is considered a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity within Brazil.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale cloud and infrastructure environments.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Collaborative and inclusive international work environment.
  • Career growth and leadership development opportunities.
  • Flexible and innovation-driven engineering culture.
  • Participation in impactful global infrastructure initiatives.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and belonging.
