- Conduct deep technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, challenges, and security requirements.
- Design, deliver, and support proof-of-concepts (POCs) for complex enterprise use cases.
- Create and present technical demos, solution architectures, and best practices tailored to customer needs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams to influence product direction.
- Support customers across the full lifecycle, from initial engagement through solution implementation guidance.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts including SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP.
- Solid knowledge of security principles such as Zero Trust architecture, encryption, authentication, and application security fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly through presentations, demos, whiteboarding, and written materials.
- Strong ability to engage with multiple stakeholder groups including developers, architects, IT leaders, and executives.
- Experience in software development (frontend, backend, or mobile) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10–25%).
- Competitive total compensation package with base salary, bonus, and equity eligibility.
- Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Retirement savings support with employer-matched RRSP program.
- Flexible paid time off, parental leave, and additional well-being benefits.
- Access to healthcare spending accounts and telemedicine services.
- Remote-friendly work environment with global collaboration opportunities.
- Strong focus on professional growth, learning, and career development.
