This role offers an exciting opportunity to redefine technical sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You will act as both a technical strategist and hands-on builder, supporting the sales team by delivering expert demos, shaping deal strategy, and creating scalable assets that accelerate sales outcomes. Your contributions will influence product adoption, drive expansion opportunities, and help streamline complex technical conversations. This position combines client-facing engagement, internal enablement, and AI-driven workflow creation to enhance the technical capability of the sales organization. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to create lasting impact. You’ll partner with multiple teams, from sales to product, and have direct input on the evolution of technical sales practices.
- Deliver high-impact technical demos and co-close deals, reinforcing value and navigating gaps with product roadmap insight.
- Build scalable training modules, reusable assets, and AI-powered workflows to enable sales teams and reduce dependency on individual technical specialists.
- Partner with sales, account management, and product teams to identify trends and provide structured feedback for product roadmap improvements.
- Support onboarding and ongoing technical enablement of sales representatives, reducing ramp time and improving overall technical confidence.
- Assist with pre-sales, expansion, and partner-led opportunities, ensuring smooth technical execution across all stages of the deal.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform capabilities, governance, and migration best practices to provide authoritative guidance to customers.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical sales role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including governance, migration, or related platforms.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to influence deals toward closure.
- Expertise in creating and delivering demos as a strategic tool for sales success.
- Builder mindset with experience creating scalable systems, workflows, and technical enablement content.
- AI fluency, with hands-on ability to design workflows and leverage AI tools effectively.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences, including IT admins, CIOs, and partner teams.
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
- Competitive salary range of CAD $90,000–$110,000 with commission eligibility, bringing OTE to approximately $100,000–$120,000.
