Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Secretary to join our Administration Department in El Dorado Springs, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Part Time Days

• Work Shift: Days

What Your Day Looks Like: Community Springs Healthcare Facility (CSHCF) is a 105-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility providing transitional or long-term care. A 15-bed high-functioning memory care unit provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory issues.

As a Secretary you will be:

• Giving directions and information to visitors, families, and others inquiring at the desk

• Collecting or assisting in the collection of required data and organizing data collected as requested

• Performing Monthly Billing Clerk responsibilities

• Performing Accounts Receivable Clerk responsibilities

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: NA

Skills: Time management, organization, multi-tasking

Licensure/Certification: Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%
