Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Front Office Clerk to join our Rheumatology Clinic and a variety of our specialty clinics in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like: Board-certified physicians and qualified staff at CMH Rheumatology and Osteoporosis Center administer care for a variety of illnesses and diseases.

• Services include treatment for:

• Rheumatoid Arthritis

• Autoimmune diseases

• Systemic Lupus

• Psoriatic Arthritis

• Ankylosing Spondylitis

• Seronegative Spondyloarthropathy

• Gout

• Osteoporosis

As a Clerk, you will be:

• Working closely with the physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and registered medical assistants

• Answering the telephone and routing to appropriate people

• Scheduling office visits, clinic procedures, updating consents, patient insurance, and demographics.

• Collecting clinic co-pays, obtaining medical records, and assisting with coordination of referrals.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year customer service in healthcare or clerical

Skills: Organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
