Job Description
Operational/supervision oversight of Support Services at BHC. Functions as member of the BHC Management Team. The Access and Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and operational management of the Access and Engagement Department within a Behavioral Health Organization. This position ensures efficient patient access, timely engagement in services, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all intake and access functions and clinic operations. The Manager oversees eligibility screening, intake coordination, clinical assessment workflows, healthcare home integration, referral management, scheduling operations, and patient flow processes in alignment with CCBHO standards and organizational goals.
The Access and Operations Manager serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for improving access to care, enhancing patient experience, supporting staff performance, and ensuring integrated, trauma-informed, and person-centered service delivery.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health operations, intake, access services, healthcare coordination, or clinical support services.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; or equivalent years of experience
