The LDG Global Operations Finance Partner serves as a strategic finance leader supporting global operations, manufacturing performance, and enterprise decision-making. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence leaders across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
- Act as the primary finance partner for global operations leaders, supporting growth initiatives, margin improvement, operational excellence, and strategic priorities.
- Lead financial planning and performance management processes, including monthly close, forecasting, shipments, gross margin analysis, productivity tracking, and operational reviews.
- Provide financial leadership for executive-level reviews, strategic planning activities, annual operating plans, long-range planning, and capital investment decisions.
- Translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve commercial alignment, revenue performance, and overall business effectiveness.
- Support global manufacturing operations across multiple sites, regions, and time zones while promoting standardization and continuous improvement.
- Drive reporting enhancements, process automation, and data-driven decision-making through financial systems, analytics platforms, and digital tools.
- Support transformation initiatives, business cases, restructuring efforts, system implementations, and process improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed finance team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in global operations, manufacturing environments, and strategic business partnership. They should demonstrate leadership capability, advanced financial expertise, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing or leading global teams.
- Proven experience supporting complex global operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or similarly matrixed environments.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, gross margin improvement, productivity initiatives, inventory management, and capital allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, long-range planning, annual operating plans, investment reviews, and executive decision-making.
- Experience leading organizational transformation, process redesign, system implementations, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Proficiency with financial and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, reporting automation platforms, and digital finance solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, regions, and business functions.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Competitive annual salary range of $143,760 to $269,550, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and additional benefits.
