The Senior Accreditation Professional is responsible for supporting accreditation readiness, compliance initiatives, and quality improvement efforts across pharmacy operations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate regulatory standards into practical business improvements.
- Lead accreditation readiness activities by evaluating compliance with recognized pharmacy accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with pharmacy leadership and business stakeholders to prepare for audits, address gaps, and achieve successful accreditation outcomes.
- Monitor compliance metrics, identify areas of risk, and collaborate with impacted teams to develop corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Analyze complex data, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for operational enhancement and quality improvement.
- Support the development, implementation, and optimization of policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving patient and consumer experiences.
- Maintain audit readiness by reviewing documentation, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring alignment with accreditation expectations.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to support compliance objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research, analytics, and evaluation of operational performance.
- Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects while adapting to changing business needs.
The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare accreditation, pharmacy operations, compliance, and process improvement, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–3 years of pharmacy accreditation experience.
- 2+ years of experience in pharmacy accreditation, compliance, risk management, process improvement, data analytics, or related healthcare operations.
- Experience supporting accreditation programs such as URAC, ACHC, NABP, NCQA, or similar regulatory organizations.
- Previous experience partnering with senior pharmacy leadership and contributing to successful accreditation outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, database management, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze complex information, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous process improvement and quality enhancement.
- Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical and/or pharmacy accreditation experience.

- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $86,300 – $118,700, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
