The Talent Management & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for driving initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and talent development processes. This role requires strong project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to transform insights into impactful People strategies.
- Develop and execute talent management processes, including performance cycles, promotion reviews, and feedback initiatives, ensuring timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
- Create project plans and lead initiatives related to talent management, culture, engagement, compensation frameworks, and organizational development.
- Manage end-to-end projects, from planning and execution to progress reporting and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for engagement platforms, managing surveys, communications, reports, user access, and stakeholder materials.
- Analyze engagement results and recommend strategies to improve processes, tools, and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of People projects and initiatives.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and vendor evaluations to identify best practices and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate internal training sessions in English related to projects and People processes.
The ideal candidate has experience in People-related projects, talent management, organizational development, or employee engagement, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Previous experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Culture & Engagement, HR projects, or related areas.
- Proven experience managing projects and coordinating stakeholders across different teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives and manage deadlines.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and employee engagement tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- For candidates based in São Paulo, availability to work in a hybrid model may be required.
