The Marketing Strategist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment between campaigns, business goals, and customer growth objectives.
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies for clients, aligning initiatives with business objectives and growth opportunities.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize paid media initiatives focused on demand generation and customer acquisition.

- Monitor campaign performance across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, implementing continuous improvements.

- Identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and optimization paths across client accounts.
- Monitor CRM processes, sales funnels, and commercial workflows to improve marketing and sales alignment.
- Lead testing, optimization initiatives, and Growth Marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes, operational efficiency, and marketing methodologies.

- Previous experience in digital marketing strategy and planning.
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience supporting local businesses and performance-driven campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and commercial processes, preferably Kommo.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data and performance metrics.

Preferred qualifications include:
