Roof & Exteriors Sales Representative in Fairview Heights, Illinois at JACOB FAMILY ENTERPRISES INC

Jacob Family Enterprises is looking for a Roof & Exteriors Sales Representative to help homeowners plan improvements to their homes. You’ll meet with customers, learn what they need, recommend solutions, prepare proposals, and guide projects from the initial conversation through the sale.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in giving customers a great experience.

What you’ll do

· Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and exterior projects.

· Assess customer needs and present suitable products and options.

· Prepare estimates and proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.

· Build trust through clear communication and dependable service.

· Work with the project team to support a smooth handoff after the sale.

· Develop referral and self-generated business opportunities.

What we’re looking for

· Sales experience, preferably in roofing, exterior remodeling, construction, or home improvement.

· Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

· Confidence meeting customers in their homes and discussing project options.

· A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer appointments.
