- Strong understanding of APIs, API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and modern integration patterns.
- Practical experience with SQL querying and analyzing JSON payloads.
- Experience using technical scripting and development tools such as Python, Bash, Ruby, Golang, SQL, or Postman to build integrations or internal tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to develop technical teams while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

- Equity opportunities with early exercise available for all options, including pre-vested options.
- Remote-first culture with the flexibility to work from home or another productive location.
- Flexible paid time off and a year-end company break.
- Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents in United States.
