Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Growth Manager based in the United States.
The Partner Growth Manager will own the growth engine for a large, diverse ecosystem of agency partners across the United States. This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable systems rather than managing a traditional portfolio of named accounts. You’ll approach the partner population like a growth marketer approaches a customer base: segmenting audiences, optimizing funnels, measuring cohorts, and using automation to drive action. You’ll own partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention while designing programs that can operate effectively across thousands of partners. The role combines growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, partner operations, analytics, and automation. You’ll have significant autonomy to experiment, improve program performance, and turn ecosystem data into measurable business results.
- Own the end-to-end growth funnel for the long-tail agency partner segment, including acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators such as activation rates, time-to-first-deal, partner-sourced pipeline, certification and engagement rates, retention, and cohort dormancy.
- Build scalable, automated partner programs that guide partners through onboarding, certification, engagement, and ongoing growth without requiring one-to-one intervention.
- Develop and maintain partner segmentation based on activity, certification status, deal registration, referral volume, account overlap, and other relevant signals.
- Manage PartnerStack as a core operational platform for partner enrollment, tiering, commissions, administration, and lifecycle automation.
- Continuously test and optimize segmentation, messaging, sequencing, incentives, and program mechanics to improve conversion throughout the partner funnel.
- Use Crossbeam account-mapping data to identify meaningful overlap between partners, customers, and prospects, translating those insights into automated partner-facing actions and internal routing.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to develop and distribute enablement resources, product updates, co-marketing materials, and other content relevant to the agency ecosystem.
- Establish clear thresholds for when partners should move from scaled programs into more personalized relationship management, working closely with the broader partner organization to maintain an effective handoff.
- Use data, experimentation, and automation to continuously improve the efficiency and impact of the partner ecosystem.
- Experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or a comparable growth-focused function, ideally managing programs across thousands of users, customers, or accounts rather than a small portfolio of relationships.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, cohort behavior, and churn, with the ability to independently analyze data and translate insights into action.
- Experience with PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or comparable partner operations, account-mapping, and ecosystem tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms when needed.
- Demonstrated success designing scalable programs that rely on automation and segmentation rather than manual, one-to-one outreach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to experimentation and program optimization.
- Comfortable collaborating with marketing teams on the development and distribution of partner-facing content without needing to personally own content creation.
- Experience with marketing automation or lifecycle platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar tools is highly valuable.
- Experience in a self-serve or product-led growth environment, developer or app ecosystem, or a tiered partner program where segmentation determines the partner experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, particularly within product-led or sales-led organizations, is a plus.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and highly autonomous environment.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for using AI, automation, experimentation, and technology to find smarter and more scalable ways of working.
- Annual base salary of $150,000–$190,000 USD for Tier 1 locations: San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle.
- Annual base salary of $135,000–$165,000 USD for Tier 2 locations: all other U.S. locations.
- Total cash compensation may include an annual bonus, depending on the role and applicable compensation structure.
- Equity opportunities.
- Company bonus or applicable sales commissions/bonuses.
- 401(k) plan.
- At least 10 paid holidays annually, flexible PTO, and parental leave.
- Employee assistance and wellbeing programs.
- Global travel coverage.
- Life, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance.
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Remote work environment with the autonomy and flexibility to make a meaningful impact.
- Opportunities to grow professionally while working in a fast-paced, AI-driven B2B SaaS environment.
