Job Description
Citizens Memorial Healthcare (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Registered Medication Technician to care for our residents at Butterfield Residential Care Center! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the facility: Butterfield Residential Care Center is an attractive, worry-free residential care center designed to help residents maintain independence. The facility is located near Citizens Memorial Hospital and the beautiful Dunnegan Memorial Park.
A typical day includes: A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents.
Prepares, administers, and documents medications by all routes except those by parenteral routes.
- Utilizes reference materials associated with medication administration to identify side effects, interactions, and nursing implications of medications in use in the facility.
- Identifies medication errors, completes event reports, and reports to charge nurse for follow-up action.
Job Requirements:
- Education: HS diploma
- Experience: Must currently be a Certified Nurse Assistant AND Certified/ Registered Medication Technician.
- Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills
- Licensure/Certification: CNA and CMT/RMT
- Physical: ability to work at a fast pace with about 90% of the day consists of walking.
This position is Per Requested Need (PRN).
