Job Description

Product Manager L3

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager L3 in Canada.

You will take ownership of a critical product domain focused on simplifying and scaling complex onboarding and provisioning workflows for communication infrastructure at global scale. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical systems, and customer experience, with a strong emphasis on reducing friction in highly regulated and state-driven onboarding journeys. You will define and evolve end-to-end onboarding experiences, ensuring customers can efficiently configure, provision, and manage messaging sender assets. Working closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams, you will translate complex operational and regulatory requirements into seamless, scalable product experiences. You will play a key role in unifying fragmented workflows through intelligent orchestration, automation, and data-driven optimization. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, remote-first environment serving a global developer and enterprise customer base. Your work will directly influence how customers onboard, scale, and succeed on the platform.

Accountabilities
  • Own and optimize core onboarding and provisioning workflows, including sender recommendation systems, number provisioning, porting, and related customer acquisition journeys.
  • Design and drive platform orchestration strategies that unify fragmented onboarding steps through intelligent state management, intent-based routing, and proactive customer guidance.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Compliance teams to embed KYC, regulatory requirements, and onboarding automation into the customer journey.
  • Build and maintain data-driven product strategies using analytics dashboards, funnel metrics, and experimentation to identify friction points and improve conversion.
  • Define, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing competing priorities while aligning stakeholders on vision, outcomes, and delivery plans.
  • Drive scalable solutions that support high-volume growth, including automation, bulk provisioning, and improved recommendation systems for global expansion.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments, ideally working with complex, technical, or infrastructure-heavy products.
  • Proven experience managing complex system workflows, including state management, orchestration layers, or multi-step onboarding processes.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams and understand system architecture and integration challenges.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using product analytics tools to define metrics, evaluate performance, and guide decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align engineering, design, and compliance teams around shared outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, break down complex problems, and deliver structured, scalable product roadmaps.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Nice to have: experience in telecom, KYC/regulatory environments, or developer-facing API/platform products.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of CAD 120,640 – 150,800, plus bonus eligibility.
  • Equity grants and performance-based incentive programs depending on role and location.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including wellness and parental support programs.
  • Flexible remote-first work model within eligible Canadian provinces.
  • Generous paid time off, wellness leave, and parental leave policies.
  • Retirement savings programs and additional financial benefits depending on region.
  • Learning and development support, including opportunities to grow in product leadership and technical expertise.
  • Inclusive, global culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and impact.
