This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Treinamento e Capacitação (Legal Ops) | Afirmativa PcD based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of Legal Operations, learning experience design, and process optimization within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will be responsible for shaping how legal and operational knowledge is structured, shared, and scaled across teams. The position plays a key role in improving onboarding journeys, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring complex processes are translated into clear, accessible learning materials. You will work closely with Legal Ops stakeholders to identify training needs and operational gaps. The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and focused on continuous improvement and efficiency. This is a strategic opportunity to directly impact team productivity, knowledge quality, and organizational scalability.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the structuring, organization, and continuous updating of the Legal Ops knowledge base and support materials.
  • Design, plan, and execute end-to-end onboarding programs ensuring efficient and structured ramp-up for new team members.
  • Develop educational content such as guides, training materials, presentations, and operational playbooks.
  • Act as a focal point for training and development initiatives, identifying operational gaps and proposing learning solutions.
  • Map workflows and standardize processes, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of training programs and learning experiences aligned with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Completed or near-completion higher education degree.
  • Proven experience in Training & Development methodologies and facilitation practices.
  • Strong ability to understand, map, and simplify complex operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into clear, didactic materials.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalents).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working with knowledge management, onboarding processes, or operational training is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Legal Ops, legal environments, or real estate context is a plus.
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools for content creation and training optimization is a differentiator.
