Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday & Monday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Supporting daily living skills and fostering independence
- Helping individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and social events
- Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Following individualized support plans and goals
- Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care

- Must be at least 20 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass:
- State and federal criminal background checks
- Drug screening
- Pre-employment physical and PPD
- Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, healthcare, human services, or a related field
- CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain certification
- Per Diem (Substitute)
- Variable schedule based on program needs
- Weekends and holidays may be required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
