Exciting news! We're looking for a Product Specialist III to join our Sales Department.

Working Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday

Requirements:

Summary

Responsible for working with customers, Sales Reps, Regional Sales Managers and fellow associates to provide technical support to accurately quote opportunities, sell chambers and deliver exceptional customer service. The Product Specialist III requires extensive product knowledge with a clear understanding of ESPEC chamber capabilities and customer applications to accurately generate quote requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Processes quotations and customer orders according to work instructions and ensures compliance with ISO standards.

· Uses extensive product knowledge to assist with the quoting process, order reviews, and approval packages.

· Participates in customer conference calls, meetings and site visits with Sales Reps and Regional Sales Managers to support sales efforts.

· Provides Regional Sales Manager(s) and Reps with product, job and customer information.

· Interfaces with other departments throughout ESPEC to provide and relay information as needed.

· Utilizes the company CRM system to generate quotes and ensure accuracy of the customer database.

· Follows up on quotes to make sure they are completed in a timely manner.

· Communicates with the parent company (ESPEC Corp) and sister company (ESPEC Divisions EEG, ESH and EET) as required.

· Handles complex quote requests, bid meetings/SOW's, and performance calcs for custom chambers and options.

· Assists in product training and sales meetings.

· Coordinates Factory Acceptance visits with customers, Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives as required.

· Participates in ISO and quality process, as required.

· Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Education

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

· Bachelor’s degree in related technical field preferred.

Skills and Experience

· 4-5 years of previous technical sales or customer service experience required.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), required.

· Must be able to use an ERP and CRM system.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, required.

· Knowledge of Business math required.

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

· Technical, electrical or mechanical engineering experience preferred.

· Basic electrical and controls background (wiring, power requirements, control logic) and experience in CAD (2D and/or Solid Modeling) is preferred.
