Bells of Steel is a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA. We are looking for a Showroom Lead to run the day-to-day operations of our Calgary showroom.
This is a junior leadership role responsible for overseeing the showroom, supporting and supervising sales associates, and ensuring customers have an outstanding experience when visiting our location.
You’ll lead by example — combining strong product knowledge, sales ability, and operational ownership to keep the showroom running smoothly.
This position will primarily work a Monday to Friday schedule, 9:30am to 6pm, with the availability to work one Saturday and one Sunday per month to support showroom traffic and events.
Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, as well as being comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. You should also be willing to lend a hand in the warehouse and get your hands dirty when needed.
What you'll do
- Assisting customers with product selection and sharing product knowledge
- Delivering an excellent in-store customer experience
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Supervising and supporting showroom sales associates
- Upselling customers and helping them find the right equipment
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and tickets
- Helping develop and coach the showroom team
- Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Occasionally assisting the warehouse team when needed

Qualifications
- 2 years of leadership experience
- 2 years of retail sales experience
- A strong knowledge of fitness equipment would be an asset
- $55,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experience

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 60,000 CAD per year(Calgary)
