GENERAL JOB OVERVIEW

Join our Customer Service Representative team as we continue to grow our call center. As a team member you will be providing inbound and outbound support to caregivers.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Scheduling of medical services Gathering of prior service results via document uploadRescheduling of no-show visitsCommunication and scheduling regarding need for follow up servicesProactive outreach for upcoming compliance due date reminders which should be automatedFacilitation of self service workflow process for personal assistants
QUALIFICATIONS

    Great communication skills both verbal and writtenGed/HS Diploma (Required)Customer Service Experience
    Customer Service Skills – over the phone
    Ability to work independently to solve problems and gain/share knowledge.Good note taking and documentation skills.High level of patience and understanding with a willingness to help customers.Willingness to learn.
