What You'll Do

• Prepare patients for visits and obtain and document vital signs and patient information
• Assist physicians with office procedures, examinations, and diagnostic testing
• Handle specimens, forms, orders, and other patient-care tasks
• Answer phones, relay messages, and provide front-desk support, including scheduling and registration; assignments may include dedicated front-desk coverage based on office needs.
• Follow patient safety, infection prevention, and quality procedures
• Adapt quickly to different practice environments, priorities, and team needs

What You Bring

• Previous Medical Assistant experience required
• Confidence adapting to different providers, practice environments, and workflows
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-service skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between SGMG offices across the community
