We are currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Associate for our Central Services team. This position supports the billing functions by actively monitoring assigned accounts, adhering to billing procedures, performing collections and providing customer service. You’ll be following up with insurance companies to ensure appropriate payment on claims, resolve denials, appeal claims and post payments to accounts. You’ll also be speaking with patients and guarantors to secure necessary billing information, verifying insurance eligibility, and setting up payment plans to facilitate outstanding personal balances.

You'll need to be organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a patient-centered mindset to ensure we are providing the best patient experience. 1-2 years previous healthcare billing is preferred; and strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD10, HCPS and modifier codes is strongly preferred.
