Outside Sales Representative in Rochester, Minnesota at Total Restaurant Supply Company

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with restaurants, catering businesses, and other food service establishments to sell our range of supplies and equipment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are just starting in sales, as well as those with prior experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the food service industry
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate restaurant supplies and equipment.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to showcase our products
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Work in
  dependently to manage your sales pipeline while collaborating with the team
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise customers

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record, as this position may require driving a company vehicle
• Knowledge of restaurant equipment and supplies is highly desirable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to visit clients and attend meetings as needed
