Job Description:
- Our Outside Sales Leaders are called Regional Customer Success Managers (CSM) will proactively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting to secure appointments with owners and managers of natural stone Dealers and Distributors in your region.
- The CSM will also work with and develop existing Dealers with the goal of increasing order volume.
- The CSM will meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue quotas, for hunting and farming, along with strategic goals and targets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in identifying and qualifying potential high value prospects, prospecting and managing a pipeline using our CRM, and converting prospects into actual customers aka Authorized Dealers.
Able to sell the value of leading products and enlist Dealers in a long-term partnership which includes carrying Delgado Stone products at their locations.
Experience selling building products such as earth materials preferably natural stone, driving revenue and helping build strong Dealer relationships.

Location:
This is an outside sales role where ideal candidates will be based within a 1-hour radius of Ohio/ Michigan and comfortable meeting with clients.
