Digital Fundraising Program Manager at Republican National Committee – West Palm Beach, Florida

The Republican National Committee is seeking a fundraising program manager to join the Digital team. The ideal candidate has an interest in fundraising, current events and trends, and politics. Additionally, the ideal candidate is interested in being a part of a team, collaborating with others, and long-term projects for the fundraising efforts of the RNC. This is an in-person position based in Washington DC.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Working with the Senior Director of Digital Strategy to execute content approvals, surrogate relationships, and manage vendor relations
• Managing relationships with external list rental and p2p vendors to execute fundraising performance
• Managing the RNC’s fundraising online platforms including WinRed and Shopify
• Tracking program performance daily
• Strategizing new fundraising programs

• Staying up to date on current events for surrogate opportunities

Qualifications:

• Previous fundraising or digital marketing experience is required.
• Interest in digital marketing, politics, or fundraising.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• A self-starter, able to begin and see-through long-term projects.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.
• Experience reviewing and optimizing content based on digital metrics is a plus.
• Team player with ability to maintain clear head in high stress situations.
