In this role, you'll:

• Prepare in-depth portfolio analysis and forecasting to shape business strategy
• Manage reporting for our investment portfolio and support critical financial presentations
• Collaborate with the CIO to manage the firm's debt portfolio and financial risk
• Supervise insurance policies, including claims management, procurement, and risk mitigation
• Conduct lease and credit underwriting for prospective tenants and assist in tenant prequalification
• Support real estate tax appeals and abatements, ensuring portfolio tax efficiencies
• Work with development, management, and leasing teams to align financial goals with operational execution

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, with commercial real estate expertise a plus!
