Job Summary:
Wm Synergy is seeking a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer (SE) will develop teams while overseeing the technical aspects of software solutions for our business customers. The SE will operate in an Agile development environment where requirements can be elusive or evolving. The SE will be expected to work with the customers, other constituents, and lead team members to guide and finalize the requirements needed to deliver solutions. The SE will design, develop, test, debug, implement, and improve performance of software solutions and reusable modules while training and mentoring software engineers. A successful SE will be expected to perform, coach and delegate all required tasks from initial customer inquiry through final acceptance of solutions including but not limited to customer interaction, system design, coding, testing and deployment. A wide degree of autonomy, creativity and latitude is expected.

Requirements:
ERP Systems Integration using C#, .NET, T-SQL, and other technologies:
o Win Forms, GUI Design
o Web Services; Web Applications
o Database Development: Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Your day-to-day Tasks typically involve:
Meeting with clients to determine requirements and define the scope of a project
Providing and approving estimates of work; Creating and updating quoting templates
Working with clients and planning timescales and the resources needed
Liaising with staff at all levels of a client organization
Training, coaching, and managing other software engineers
Managing the technical aspects of new and existing solutions
Reviewing software related issues and making needed improvements
Designing, coding, testing, installing, monitoring, and improving solutions
Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers and internally
Being involved in sales and support; Prototyping and demoing new features
Identifying potential clients and building and maintaining contacts
Recommending new technologies, frameworks, and SDKs

Preferred Experience:
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software systems
o Acumatica Cloud ERP
o Infor VISUAL and or Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
Work in manufacturing systems, and companies and having a strong operation background with Infor VISUAL
.NET 4+ Framework
RDBMS Oracle, PL-SQL, etc.
ASP .NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, etc.

Your Experience:
5+ Years - Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software systems
o Infor Visual ERP (Visual Manufacturing, Time & Attendance, Global Financials)
10+ years - of direct experience in Software Engineering
7+ years - Multiple Programming Languages (C# .NET with Visual Studio, etc.)
7+ years- Database Design (T-SQL with SQL Management Studio, etc.)
5+ years - Scripting (VBScript, PowerShell, etc.)
3+ years- Lead / Manage team of software engineers

Education:
Bachelors degree (BS) in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience preferred
