About This Position

Description:

The LC Plus Executive Assistant serves as a strategic administrative partner to the VP – Technology and the LC Plus Technology leadership team, enabling effective leadership operations, prioritization, and execution. This role acts as a central point of coordination across the Technology division, ensuring alignment of schedules, communications, and key initiatives.

This role supports the operational coordination of Technology functions, including vendor and contract management, purchasing processes, and documentation practices, helping ensure consistency, organization, and follow-through. The LC Plus Executive Assistant plays a key role in maintaining organizational clarity, accountability, and timely progress on leadership priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a high degree of discretion, along with the ability to anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and build strong working relationships across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

Essential Competencies:

  • Provide administrative support to Technology leadership including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and communications management.
  • Coordinate meeting preparation including agenda development, document preparation, note taking, and action-item tracking.
  • Assist with reconciliation and documentation of LC Plus and Lakeland Care technology-related credit card transactions, ensuring proper documentation and business purpose.
  • Support administrative coordination for technology purchasing activities including hardware procurement, licensing purchases, and vendor engagements.
  • Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, service agreements, and licensing documentation, including renewal tracking and notification.
  • Maintain internal documentation and records including project notes, operational procedures, meeting summaries, and decision logs.
  • Anticipate leadership needs by maintaining organized schedules, monitoring upcoming deadlines, and identifying potential conflicts or operational barriers.
  • Assist leadership with prioritization of administrative and operational requests by organizing incoming tasks and identifying urgency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, documentation practices, and operational coordination across the Technology department.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of administrative records, meeting documentation, and operational materials.
  • Support preparation of presentations, internal reports, leadership summaries, and other materials as requested.
  • Assist in maintaining clear communication and follow-through across leadership initiatives and departmental projects.
  • Support coordination of trainings, meetings, and internal work sessions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information related to employees, clients, financial matters, and organizational strategy.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal staff, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications between Technology leadership, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Support collaboration across Technology teams and internal stakeholders by assisting with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up communication.
  • Assist leadership with coordination of vendor communications and administrative aspects of vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrate commitment to LC Plus mission and values through dependable execution, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized administrative and operational processes that support transparency, accountability, and clarity across the Technology department.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Administrative Services, Communications, Project Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience (includes knowledge, skills, and abilities).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting leadership teams, coordinating meetings, and managing documentation preferred.
  • Experience in a technology, consulting, or fast-paced operational environment preferred.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of adequate insurance required.
