About This Position
Community Concepts Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Maintenance Specialist I. This position is responsible for completing work orders related to daily maintenance tasks and light custodial work at various locations. The ideal candidate must have experience with paperwork (work orders, inventories, etc.), unit rehab in preparation for new residents, light work in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and snow removal experience. A company vehicle is provided for work-related use. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with on-call nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis, based out of our South Paris Office.
To Qualify:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Must complete and clear pre-employment background checks: DMV, SBI, DHHS fingerprinting, sex offender registries, and federal debarment and fraud checks. Checks are done initially as a condition of employment and as required ongoing.
- Must have demonstrated experience in all the maintenance disciplines
