Job Description

This is a full-time on the road position, we do service all of New England. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment. You will be required to diagnose problems, perform part replacements and carry out necessary repairs. You will work closely with the team to ensure all systems are working efficiently, and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or HVAC engineeringProfessional certification as a Mechanic or HVAC Technician is preferedMinimum of 2 years' experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment including HVAC systems, pumps, and motorsExcellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsEffective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently with little to no supervision and as a team memberAttention to detail and time management skillsPhysical dexterity and stamina to perform tasks and work in confined spacesA valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites*This position requires an on call rotation*
