The Global Security Policy Architect owns Fleet’s unified global security policy framework spanning physical, cyber, OT, and personnel security. This role ensures that policies are enforceable, measurable, and aligned to regulatory, customer, and contractual

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will have experience and practical expertise in the following:

  • The Architect develops and maintains a unified global security policy framework covering physical security, cybersecurity, OT security, personnel vetting, supplier security, and crisis governance.
  • The Architect defines minimum security standards that align with regulatory obligations, customer requirements, and contractual commitments. Policies must be auditable and enforceable rather than aspirational.
  • The Architect partners with Legal, Compliance, IT, OT, and Operations teams to ensure policy harmonization across jurisdictions and geographies.
  • The Architect leads periodic policy reviews, maturity assessments, and updates aligned with evolving risk and regulatory landscapes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise security governance or policy architecture.
  • Deep familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and security standards.
  • Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
  • Strong documentation and governance discipline.

Annual Compensation Range: $150000–$180000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus

Travel Expectations: 10-20%
