Responsible for providing integrated sales and operational support, the Sales and Service Coordinator handles all incoming inquiries and documentation requests with high adaptability. You will act as a key cross-functional liaison, ensuring customers are efficiently served while providing direct assistance to managers and colleagues across departments to streamline company processes and meet evolving business needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Support regional operations by administrating personnel scheduling and overseeing the efficient dispatch of logistics resources
  • Execute essential day-to-day functions and recurring reporting that support the continuity of operations and drive sales efficiency.
  • Track completed service cycles to verify the accuracy of billing data.
  • Executing recurring monthly reporting which supports Sales and Operations
  • Perform transactions which include locating, investigating, verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording data in various tracking systems relating to task management, accounting data, and company systems
  • Maintain customer records by relaying and updating account information or directing these details to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship through regular verbal and written communication and provide timely documentation and resolution of issues
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to communicate, coordinate, and resolve items as necessary
  • Weekly Bureau of Motor Vehicle visit to process Repo Ownership documents when needed
  • Utilize various systems, namely our EBlock Operating System to help manage vehicle releases and onsite customer requests
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Coordinate communications and operations between the account and operational in order to manage receipt and release of vehicles and the arrangement of consumer redemptions of vehicles and/or property
  • Provide ongoing assessment of accounts current service level needs and bring any new service needs to the attention of your manager
  • Facilitate logistical workflows for commercial accounts by coordinating vehicle inspections to ensure timely inventory processing and auction readiness.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience in the car auction or automotive industry an asset, but not mandatory
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong competency with computers and associated software(s) including Microsoft Excel/Word and/or Google Sheets/Docs
  • Strong abstract analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment in a dynamic, fast-paced industry
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships, and ability to work in a team environment
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Certification in sales or relevant field is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Normal, Onsite at our Edmonton Office. May travel occasionally.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
