Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Resident Account & Service Coordinator to join our Manufactured Housing Division. This role supports residents, prospects, property managers, and vendors while ensuring accurate account management and efficient service coordination. Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage resident accounts, billing, payments, fees, and account status inquiries.
  • Answer high volume phone calls and relay messages
  • Post payments and charges accurately; process late notices and certified letters.
  • Generate late and aging reports; follow up with past-due residents.
  • Process monthly utility billing and prepare invoices.
  • Prepare landlord–tenant complaint forms and monthly tax reporting.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects and maintain lead tracking.
  • Monitor property in boxes and handle division phone calls professionally.
  • Provide courteous assistance to residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Log, prioritize, and assign service requests, coordinate with vendors through completion.
  • Obtain vendor quotes for seasonal services, repairs, and capital improvements.
  • Maintain organized work-order and property files.
  • Code vendor invoices.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
