Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Regional Community Manager to join our team at the PMI Home office in Camp Hill. This salaried position will have oversight of a portfolio of conventional apartment communities within the Residential Division. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
  • Plan and execute property improvement projects.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
  • Develop and manage property budgets.
  • Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
  • Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld.
  • Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
  • Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service
  • Travel is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
