Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking another member to join our trusted team as a full-time Leasing and Compliance Specialist for our apartment community in Shippensburg, Roxbury Ridge Apartments. PMI is an employee-owned company. Every one of our full-time employees can earn stock in the company simply by working here. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior Affordable Housing residential apartment management experience, such as RD, HUD or Tax Credit.

Rate: Based on experience, up to $20.60/hour.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Processing all RD certifications, annual and interim as well as quarterly Zero Income certifications.
• Process RD applications.
• Answer the phone.
• Customer service.
• Handle lease signings and filing.
• Occasionally scanning, process move-out paperwork.

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
