This position is responsible for maximizing financial and operational performance and value of HDC’s diverse affordable housing portfolio and achievement of HDC’s asset management goals. The position collaborates closely with Finance, Real Estate Development, Property Management and Operational Leadership to support financial stability, sustainable growth, and long-term portfolio performance that drives cash to parent.

Normal work environment:
•Work environment will be indoors and outdoors and will require 5% annual travel.•Requires moderate physical demands; lifting to 25 pounds, continuous standing, bending, walking, and lifting.
