Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for two full-time Leasing Agents to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens Apartments. This position will market available properties, tour prospective residents, process applications, ensure units are leased efficiently while providing excellent customer service to all prospective residents, current residents, co-workers, and vendors. A PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. If you don’t have one, we will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience; with a valid PA Real Estate License.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
• Run tenant applications.
• Assist with rent collection.
• Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
• Various data entry.

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
