We have an amazing Maintenance Rover opportunity available with our properties in South Kansas City, MO! The person will share their time between The Retreat at Woodlands, Prairie Walk, Ridge at Chestnut, Arbors of Grandview, and Forest Park Apartments. Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:
*EPA Universal Certification required*
-2 years of HVAC experience required
-CPO Certification preferred
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ years experience in the maintenance field
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Light plumbing and electrical experience
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
