Apartment Maintenance Technician at Monarch Investment and Management Group – Lenexa, Kansas

Location:
Retreat at Woodridge Apartments
13245 W 87th Terrace
Lenexa, KS 66215

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks

Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-EPA Certification required
-CPO Certification a plus
-1+ year experience in the maintenance field required
-2+ years HVAC experience
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Light plumbing and electrical experience
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
