Sweathouz is seeking a bold, creative, and community-focused Social Media Specialist to own our presence on Instagram and Meta platforms. You’ll be the voice and vibe of our brand across social including planning, creating, and publishing content that captures attention, builds community, and drives customer engagement. From daily Stories to Reels and branded posts, you’ll showcase everything that makes Sweathouz a leader in wellness and recovery—and you’ll bring your creative instincts, trend awareness, and strong visual storytelling skills to every piece of content you touch.

• Own and execute the daily content calendar for Instagram and Facebook
  
• Create and publish 3+ Stories daily and 3+ feed posts weekly
  
• Capture and share authentic brand moments—from in-studio experiences to member transformations
  
• Manage DMs, comments, and mentions while staying on-brand and responsive
  
• Plan content shoots and work closely with creative and marketing teams
  
• Track performance and make data-backed decisions to drive growth and engagement
  
• Stay on top of trends, reels formats, and algorithm shifts

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for lifestyle, wellness, or fitness brands
  
• Proven ability to grow and engage an Instagram audience
  
• Strong visual and written communication skills
  
• Experience with social media tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
  
• Familiarity with short-form video editing and creative content development
  
• Data-driven mindset with comfort reporting on social performance metrics
  
• A collaborative, adaptable attitude and passion for brand storytelling
