Caregiver and Med Tech Positions at Grand Villa of Delray Beach

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all safety and compliance protocols

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

- Document care provided accurately and timely

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or med tech roles preferred

- Certification as a Med Tech or relevant healthcare training is a plus

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts, including every other weekend

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
