Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., assisting with mobility/wheelchairs)
Clear Level II Criminal Background Check (Fingerprinting through FL Health Dept)

DOEA Alzheimer’s/Dementia Training (1 hour)
