OM 2: Clinic Manager (2-3) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking an Office Manager with knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS for a new clinic on our Bossier campus. Experience in coding, billing, and all aspects of medical financial management is necessary. Previous management experience is a plus. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills; must have the ability to handle multiple projects and initiative to work independently, as well as with a team. The candidate will work with clerical staff, clinical staff, physicians, and extenders. Department and office manager orientation, along with one-on-one training, will be provided upon successful completion of the hiring process. Additionally, training on our enterprise-wide billing system and electronic health record system will be provided for the selected individual.
