Director of Nursing at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Progressive Care Center, a 48-bed skilled short-term nursing rehab facility committed to top-notch resident-centered care in a therapeutic environment conducive to a high quality of life, is seeking a Director of Nursing. The DON is responsible for overall nursing services administration. Applicant must be an RN. Experience in Long Term Care preferred. The Director will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Nursing, RN Unit Mangers and all other executive nurses and floor staff. Will take occasional on-call duty, be responsible for corrective actions and educating staff when needed. Other duties included. Will report directly to the Administrator.
