Your Role:

• Develop and manage a profitable book of business (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)

• Conduct risk assessments and provide professional coverage recommendations

• Develop strong client and insurer relationships

• Collaborate with our leadership team for business planning and development

• Ensure full compliance with brokerage procedures and RIBO standards

We’re Looking For:

• RIBO License (Level 1 or higher)

• Minimum 2 years of brokerage experience (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and retention

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence
