Your Role:
Develop and manage a profitable book of business (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)
Conduct risk assessments and provide professional coverage recommendations
Develop strong client and insurer relationships
Collaborate with our leadership team for business planning and development
Ensure full compliance with brokerage procedures and RIBO standards
We’re Looking For:
RIBO License (Level 1 or higher)
Minimum 2 years of brokerage experience (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and retention
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence
