We are seeking a motivated Insurance Broker to drive new business and manage relationships with clients for personal insurance products, including auto, home, and tenant insurance. You will provide expert advice, ensure client satisfaction, and work to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Prospect and generate new personal lines business, fostering client relationships to drive growth.
- Client Service: Provide clients with advice on insurance products, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
- Policy Management: Manage and update clients' personal lines policies, cross-sell additional coverage.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure seamless service and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- RIBO license required.
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
