Residential HVAC Service Technician - ACREE PLUMBING, AIR & ELECTRIC

Location: Sarasota FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating weekends.

Pay: Commission-based pay $80,000-$200,000

What You'll Do:

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will be getting the job done.
• Learn product features and benefits.
• Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
• Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the vehicle for maximum efficiency.

• Must have knowledge of the phases of residential HVAC.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities.
• Take great pride in going the extra mile for our customers.
• Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.).
• MUST have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.

Are you an experienced HVAC TECH who checks these boxes?

HVAC with minimum of 5 years experience.

Knowledge of diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Able to run Service demand calls as well as maintenances.

A tech that is able to recommend repairs as well and potentially sell equipment.

Service titan experience is a must.

Clean background, good Driving MVR Record, and able to pass a drug screen - ability to drive a company vehicle is a must.

Sales experience is encouraged.

Tech must be able to work weekends as well as On-call shifts.

Experience/ Education:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance or repair
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation:

• $70,000 – $150,000 + annually (Performance / Commission Based)

• Exterior customer environment
• Must be able to lift ~50lbs
