San Mateo - Peninsula - Youth Program Director San Mateo, CA | Giants Baseball Camps

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring a Youth Program Director in San Mateo to oversee our summer baseball and softball camp operations.

As the Youth Program Director, you are the senior leader at camp responsible for staff management, camper experience, and daily execution of programming.

Responsibilities:

• Direct all on-site camp activities

• Manage and mentor camp instructors

• Ensure safety standards are upheld at all times

• Deliver the Giants curriculum with consistency

• Create a positive, structured environment for youth athletes

• Maintain communication with parents and regional leadership

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership experience in youth development

• Coaching experience preferred

• Ability to manage 20+ staff and campers

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Passion for youth sports and character development

Schedule & Details:

• 10-week summer commitment

• MondayFriday

• Willingness to support nearby Bay Area locations

• Background check required

Pay:

$1,400$1,650/week
