Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is looking for a Sports Camp Director in San Jose to manage and lead our youth baseball camp program.

This is the top leadership position at camp, responsible for staff oversight, program quality, and operational excellence.

Key Duties:

• Supervise daily camp programming

• Lead and evaluate coaching staff

• Ensure safety compliance

• Drive a positive and energetic camp culture

• Oversee equipment and logistics

• Ability to travel to nearby Bay Area camp sites if needed
